Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Portable Toilet Rental on the George Washington Jefferson National Forests, Lee Ranger District.� It is expected that the Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, and perform all work required. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services, as supplemented with the additional information in this notice.� The solicitation is issued under Solicitation Number 12443923Q0029 and the solicitation is included in this notice as an attachment.� SITE VISIT There is no scheduled site visit at this time. The contractor shall contact Stephanie Chapman, COR by email Stephanie.I.Chapman@usda.gov to set up time for delivery.�� A Forest Service Representative will accompany the contractor to the precise location of placement for each portable toilet.�� This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns.� If interested please review the solicitation in its entirety and return your complete offer no later than 5:00 PM ET on Friday, May 19, 2023.� �� All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of contract.� For more information, please check the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.� Registration in SAM is free.� The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the combined synopsis/ solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.� Please refer to Pages 6-7 of the solicitation for more information on the evaluation.��
