Description

**Update 11 May 2023** - Amendment 0003 issued to provide clarification to ""Door Access Control"" RFIs. Contractor MUST acknowledge amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 on their 1442 bid submission.� **Update 10 May 2023** - The document entitled 'QA - Renovate B107 for Small Air Terminal and Gym' has been incorporated into the solicitation. Contractor MUST acknowledge amendments 0001 and 0002 on their 1442 bid submission.� **Update 7 May 2023** -�Wage Determination - WV20230038 (04_14_2023) uploaded to reflect current wage rates 10 days prior to solicitation closing. **Update 26 April 2023** - The site visit PowerPoint and Attendance Sheet have been uploaded.� Renovate Bldg 107 for Small Air Terminal and Gym This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. Project NAICS: 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $45.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(f), this project is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2023. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price.
