Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source award to Hammonds Technical Services Synopsis � Notice of Intent to Sole Source. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The 20th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Hammonds Technical Services, 6807 West Little York, Houston, TX 77004 for the purchase of ten (10) each Hammonds Cart-mounted additive injection system model AC800-2L-1p7-1P7. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, or other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. This contract action is for commodities for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
