Description

The construction contractor shall perform all required actions in�accordance with the design criteria and supporting documents. The interior renovation/fit-out includes Demolition, Wall Assembly�changes, Reflective Ceiling Plan and Sprinkler Layout,�Electrical/Data, HVAC modifications, Finishes, audio visual design,�entry card reader access, Life Safety, and Phasing to maintain�occupancy throughout construction. The Contractor will perform a wide range of activities, such as: constructability reviews, cost estimating, work phasing reviews,�scheduling and general construction services. The Contractor is at risk and is responsible for involvement in the project development�and administration of the construction. The Contractor shall have complete responsibility for all construction related to the project�scope.
