Logan National Cemetery | Phase 1A Expansion (Construction FY23 Re-procurement) | Project No. 888-043 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract resulting from this solicitation for Phase 1A Expansion project located at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave., Denver, CO, 80236.� The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction as shown on the plans, drawings and specifications (see attachments). This procurement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) with the size standard of $45 Million.��������������������� The magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $20 Million and $50 Million.
