Description

The Office of� Public Building Services (PBS), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) and the Office of General Policy (OGP) have a need for a web-based acquisition news, research, analysis, and training tool service for their acquisition community. The acquisition community requires a� platform that� includes a comprehensive database of acquisition information such as guidance, reports, regulations, laws, policies, sample documents, and discussion papers on key topics. The platform should provide access to templates, checklists, strategies, analyses, and other knowledge tools to assist contracting professionals in executing their workload in accordance with law, regulation and good business judgment. The scope of this Task Order is to provide� Public Building Services (PBS), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) and the Office of General Policy (OGP) with an online acquisition knowledge management commercial web-based platform that allows subscribers to stay current with the changes, challenges, trends, and opportunities in the Federal acquisition community.
