Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS The Army Geospatial Center (AGC) Alexandria, VA 22315, intends to increase the MATOC capacity for $99M and extend the Period of Performance for 9 months IAW FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. The MATOC holders are Leidos, Inc., 11951 Freedom Dr, Reston, VA 20190 and General Dynamics One Source LLC, 3211 Jermantown Road, Fairfax, VA 22030. The AGC requires an increased capacity for support services for research and development efforts and maintenance of geospatial capabilities at the US AGC. This requirement is to acquire systems engineering and technical services to perform research and development activities, maintenance, and operational support that relate to rapid development, limited fielding and geospatial technology services for the warfighter. This contract requires the prime contractors with continued capability to manage multiple task orders simultaneously at multiple locations. The Contractor must also possess the corporate knowledge and technical capabilities necessary to assist in the coordination, integration and synchronization of geospatial information requirements and standards across the Army; develop geospatial enterprise enabled systems for the Army and the Department of Defense (DoD) and provide direct geospatial support to the Warfighter. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541715 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued outside the MATOC. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit written capabilities. As part of the written response the interested party must include evidence of the respondent's ability to support the requirement without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered. Response is due Tuesday 30 May 2023 at 5:00pm ET. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your response. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
