- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE� -� FY23 Miscellaneous Repairs in Support of MR&T Program (MATOC) GENERAL INFORMATION: The United States Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District currently possesses a�requirement for Miscellaneous Repairs in Support of MR&T Program (MATOC): 1. Description of work: 8(a) competitive MATOC for maintenance and repair for levee slide repairs,�channel scour repairs, channel maintenance, gravel resurfacing, and culvert replacements. Typical�construction task orders may include levee embankment repairs, road gravel surfacing, channel bank�riprap armoring, culvert installation/replacement, and maintenance of existing projects within the�Memphis District. The work on each task order will consist of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials�for the work to be performed. Specific items of work may include, but not be limited to: clearing,�stripping, grubbing, debris disposal, borrow pit development and excavation, stockpiling of material,�processing of fill material for moisture control, embankment construction, compaction, placement of�geo-textile, gravel surfacing, bedding material, riprap (grouted and un-grouted), and the establishment of turf and any incidental related work according to the base specifications and supplemental�specifications and plans for each individual Task Order. 2. The period of performance for this contract is five (5) years. 3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 237990�- Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The corresponding size standard is $45M. 4. The magnitude is between $25M to $100M (DFARS 236.204). 5. No special requirements or restrictions. 6. Places of performance include various locations within the Memphis District (Tennessee, Missouri,�Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Illinois). 7. This will be a construction contract awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP). 8. This project is a new requirement. The Request for Proposal is anticipated to be issued on or about 1 June 2023. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated to be awarded 11 September 2023. After Solicitation issuance, contractors may view and/or download all Solicitation documents at the following internet address:� https://www.sam.gov/. The use of the website requires prior registration at www.sam.gov/. Plans and Specifications will not be made available in paper format or on compact disc. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor the sam.gov web site for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered with the System Award for Management (SAM), to receive a Government contract award. You may register with SAM at https://www.sam.gov/. The Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any amendments to the solicitation. It is the Offerors responsibility to view the SAM.gov website daily for amendments to the solicitation.��
