Description

The Nebraska National Forest is anticipating the Purchase of 12,500 Cubic Feet (estimate: 5 loads @ 2,500 cubic feet per load)� of Cottonwood Sawdust for the Bessey Nursery, to be delivered in Bulk, for the purpose of using the sawdust on our bareroot seed beds to insulate the seed for the winter.� The sawdust must be free of debris and not contain any wood chips larger than �� X ��.� It must also be free of Black Walnut and Juniper.� Preference is Cottonwood sawdust but Pine sawdust would be acceptable.� This Synopsis is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the above listed product.� The Solicitation will be posted with the description and minimum specifications included within the next 1-4 days. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 321113 and this solicitation is total set-aside for small business.� The Solicitation number will be 1240LP23Q0067 and will be posted in SAM.gov. Note the Evaluating Factors listed in Section E of the Solicitation.�� The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, permits, and shipping necessary to fulfill this order.
