- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Fischer Custom Communications, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: One (1) AS-4543/URC Master Clamp Probe Antenna, Fischer Custom Communications, Inc. part number FCC-230-51N(2A). For the Government's purposes, the Master Clamp Probe Antenna meets the performance characteristics of the original unit. No other manufacturer has met all of the Government's minimum performance requirements for this procurement. This part is proprietary in nature.
