Description

The Delaware Air National Guard intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the ZOLL Medical Corporation at 269 Mill RD, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824-4105,�United States for remote calibration systems software [RCS software]. Specifically to maintain and calibrate ZOLL M330 emergency aspirators and ZOLL 731 ventilators. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on prior procurement history showing no other parties are able to provide the type of softare required to interface with these devices per manufacturer proprietary designs and protections. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, a sole source purchase order will be issued without further notice. Inquires will only be accepted by email.
