- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. � Notice of Intent to Sole Source - �Software Licenses and Support for existing Hospital Inventory and Ordering System. The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit, located at 1808 W. Aztec Ave, Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Morris Systems 3900 Stonebridge Dr. Unit 903, McKinney, Texas 75070 for hospital inventory and ordering management software system licenses and support. The Period of Performance for this request�s base year shall begin on May 18, 2023 through May 17, 2024 and four option years to follow consecutively thereafter as Option Year One May 18, 2024 through May 17, 2025, Option Year Two May 18, 2025 through May 17, 2026, Option Year Three May 18, 2026 through May 17, 2027, and Option Year Four May 18, 2027 through May 17, 2028. The Contractor, Morris Systems, is the only organization uniquely qualified and certified to provide the required software licenses and support. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 4:00 PM MSDT on MAY 17, 2023, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to stefanie.atene@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
