No contract shall be awarded from this Presolicitation Notice. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to replace two damaged Leonard Valve Co. mixing valves and replaced them with Building Automation System (BAS) compatible powered mixing valves similar or equal to Powers IntelliStation SLFIS200F0SLP. Based on the responses received from the sources sought notice number 36C24823Q1001, the Request for Quotation will be issued as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The anticipated period of performance is June 01, 2023, through July 31, 2023. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government System for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of solicitation will be on or about May 16, 2023. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov prior to contract award, during performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220-Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors is $19 Million.
