The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is issuing a request for proposal for accomplishing the USCGC HAMILTON Dockside Repairs in Fiscal Year 2023. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small-business contractors. The dockside is to be performed at 1050 Register St, Charleston, SC 29405. This requirement will result in the award of a single firm fixed price Requirements ship repair contract. To receive an award, the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The estimated ordering period for this Requirements contract is from date of contract award to 10 November 2023. Anticipated contract award is on or before 01 July 2023. The period of performance will be on each task order awarded under this contract. The anticipated performance period for the ship repair work is 01 August 2023 -- 31 October 2023. The first task order is anticipated to be awarded within two days of the contract award for the following Contract Line Items (CLINs): 001-002, 004, 006, 008-027. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Proposals must arrive no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 23 May 2023. See solicitation for complete details. INSPECTION OF CUTTER PRIOR TO SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: See solicitation for registration and point of contact information to schedule a ship check, if available. Offerors are encouraged to monitor the site for additional information on this listing including the release of any subsequent amendments. Please note that interested offerors will be required to comply with the following to gain access to the Drawings and Technical Publications: REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL PACKAGE The last day to request the technical package regarding this solicitation is 12 May 2023. After this date, further requests may not be accepted due to time constraints. To request the technical package, contact the Contracting Specialist. All requests should identify the solicitation number 70Z08523RLREP0002. Some references listed in the Specification, under ""Consolidated List of References,"" are subject to Export Control limitations or have otherwise restricted distribution, and have been deemed ""limited access"" and ""export controlled"" packages.� In order to access these documents, vendors must be certified as a US or Canadian contractor by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS).
