Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date from May 17,2023 to May 26, 2023.� No other changes to the solicitation. Amendment 0002 Provide answers to industry questions per attachment ""Questions and Answers"".� No other changes to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 Provide a revised Statement of Work (SOW) for minor change in specification 13.2. to ensure the specification is not unduly restrictive. No other changes to the solicitation. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Statement of Work for solicitation details.� Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contract Specialist Tracy Retterer at tracy.bisson@nist.gov and the Contracting Officer Donald Collie at donald.collie@nist.gov Questions should be received no later than April 28, 2023
