Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Richmond is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a QUINTUS Fluid Cell Press Machine. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333517. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a sole source contract for Quintus Fluid Cell Press �manufactured by Quintus Technologies Cage: (78J60) �or equivalent and is seeking sources that can provide, install, and provide training for the machine. Interested parties that can provide the required Quintus Fluid Cell Press �Machine with installation, training, technical data, foundation, IUID Tags, and shipping may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than the stated closing date/time: 09:00AM, EST., 22 May 2023. Place of performance is Tinker AFB in building 9001. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Responses should be not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10 inch pages with a font that is no smaller than 10 point as this is not a request for a proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor's capability to perform this requirement.
