- *****NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS THIS THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION�AND APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS ARE DRAFTS***** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued the DRAFT solicitation�FA469023R0005.� At this time EAFB plans to compete and award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) for intergraded solid waste services for Ellsworth AFB. (This acquisition plan may change upon release of final solicitation) See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for more information. This will be a 100% Section 8(a) set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562111 with a size standard of $47,000,000.00. To be eligible to compete for this Section 8(a) set-side, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. (This acquisition plan may change upon release of final solicitation) All questions and comments regarding this DRAFT solicitation must be submitted in writing to jonathan.slayton@us.af.mil. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: ""FA469023R0005 DRAFT - Integrated Solid Waste Services"". Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. A finalized solicitation will be posted at a future date, the 28th Contracting Squadron is posting the draft version of this solicitation to gauge the level of interest by qualified Section 8(a) vendors.�
