- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Florida City:�Refer to Delineated Area Section Below Delineated Area: North:�Intersection of Hwy 41 and Hwy 17 to Bermont Rd, Bermont Rd to State Road 31;� East:�South on State Road 31 to State Road 80, State Road 80 to Buckingham Rd, Buckingham Rd to Gunnery Rd, Gunnery Rd to Daniels Pkwy; South:�Daniels Pkwy to McGregor, McGregor to Colonial Blvd, Colonial Blvd to Veterans Memorial Pkwy; West:���North on Veterans Memorial Pkwy to Burnt Store Rd, Burnt Store Rd to Hwy 41, Hwy 41 to original starting point. Ceiling height in the warehouse portion of the space must be a minimum of 12 feet high. Warehouse portion of the offered space must be accessible to vehicles at ground level. Offered space must have a ware yard located on site. Ware yard must have enough room for a truck turning radius for a 25-foot trailer and must be able to accommodate 10 parking spaces along with 3 20-foot boats. The space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a fa�ade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Age of building; 5. Total existing gross square feet; and gross square feet per floor; 6. Site plan depicting the building and parking; 7. Floor plan and gross square footage of the proposed space; 8. Identification of on-site parking; 9. A map demonstrating the building is within the delineated area; 10. A map depicting the location of public transportation stops within proximity to�the property; 11. A map depicting the evidence of amenities within close proximity of the�property; 12.
