Subject: This is a modification to extend announcement 36C77623Q0286 Construction Parking Garage Minor Design Huntington, WV. This will re-open the subject announcement to include the applicable Service Contract Wage Determinations and extend the response date to May 31, 2023, at 4:00 PM ET time. Change the response email to Lorna.Craig@va.gov. If you have already submitted, resubmit to the above email address. The below information contains the instructions and format that shall be followed for the submission of the SF 330 Statement of Qualifications: Submit ONE (1) SF 330 Statement of Qualifications to Lorna Craig at Lorna.Craig@va.gov. This shall include Parts I and II and any applicable attachments. The submission must include the SF 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications (form is available online at http://www.cfm.va.gov/contract/ae.asp). The SF 330 submission is due by 4:00 PM ET on May 31, 2023. The SF 330 shall be submitted in one email and have a file size no larger than 5 MB. No hard copies will be accepted. The subject line of the email shall read: SF 330 Submission - 36C77623Q0286 Construct Minor Parking Garage Huntington, WV. All other information provided in the original announcement remains the same.
