- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, on behalf of the Spokane VA Medical Center is issuing this solicitation� for a Request For Quotation for Lodging Services at the Spokane VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for solicitation number 36C26023Q0395 will be 721110. NAICS 721110 s size standard is $35 million dollars. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), all prospective offerors must have an active SAM's registration at the time quotes are received and at the time of award. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement to provide Lodging Services for eligible beneficiaries as prescribed by policies and procedures for the government. In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice, the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to award any award being made.
