- ***PLEASE TAKE NOTICE*** ***This is an amendment to the original solicitation due to a change in the SOW. Please note that any responses previously provided will need to be amended with the new SOW and vendor acknowledgement of these changes. Any responses provided with the wrong SOW information will not be considered for award. This notice will be extended through 5/23/2023 3pm EST.*** This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N39040PSE2507. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-02 and DFARS Change Notice 2023-0427. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532490 and the Small Business Standard is $40 million.
