Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �Texas City:�� �Laredo Delineated Area:�� �North: I-35 South: Rio Grande River East: I-35 West: Flecha Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �86,120 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �87,120 Space Type:�� �Land Parking Spaces Surface (Reserved):�� � Full Term:�� �10 Firm Term:�� �1 Additional Requirements:� � None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is not required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
