Purpose - NOAA Ship Ferdinand R. Hassler requires docking and port services during seven port calls in New York City, NY from August 4, 2023 to October 31, 2023. 2. Scope - This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for docking and port services during two port calls for NOAA Ship Ferdinand R. Hassler in New York City, NY from August 4, 2023 to September 30, 2023. Please provide the following with your quote: 1. RFQ number, including name, address, telephone number, Cage Code and SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). 2. Please provide a detailed and itemized cost to include the total amount per statement of requirements and per line items. 3. Include statement specifying the Extent of agreement with all the Terms, Conditions, and provision included in this RFQ.
