THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY.�This is NOT a Request for Quotation�and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this product requirement. Regional Contracting Office Parris Island is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide a Range UTV/ATV in support of MCRD Parris Island's Armorer duties. In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information: Is your business a small business under this NAICS code? Refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond base on the ability to provide those technical requirements. Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide the contract number. Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) Provide a contractor capabilities statement and electronic business card. Fill out the attached request for information(RFI). MCRDPI is looking for 1 Range UTV/ATV - Salient characteristics: Specifications: The vehicle must meet the following requirements: 2 - seater The vehicle must be diesel-powered with a motor capable of producing at least 22 horsepower. Must have hard surface Predator tires or similar The vehicle must be equipped with a factory installed cab seating for two (operator and passenger), including doors, windshield w/wipers, LED headlights, mirrors, turn signals, and climate control. The vehicle must be 4x4 with a minimum of 10� of ground clearance. The vehicle must be capable of towing 1300 pounds. The vehicle must be equipped with a cargo bed The vehicle must be able to travel at speeds of 35mph or greater. The vehicle must be equipped with an air compressor up to 150psi. The vehicle must have workbench area with minimum 4� vise The vehicle must have operable LED headlights Custom rear bed enclosure minimum 56"" x 81"" x 36"" with all compartments lockable and lit with LED lighting. Must have a lockable M16A4 rifle rack able to hold 10 rifles bolted in custom enclosure Must have Minimum 1000w power inverter with 2 120v plugs for power tools and a usb plug Must be a key started vehicle There is not a defined requirement yet and this Sources Sought is�for market research and information purposes only.�The government reserves the right to issue multiple contracts for this requirement.
