Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0057 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and DFARS change notice 4/27/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 423450 and the size standard is 200 personnel. This requirement is for Dual Energy Xray Analysis (DEXA) Bone Densiometeras stated in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your responses IAW with Solicitation RFQ to: Jack Caniglia(Primary Contact) at jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 P.M.
