Description

U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS-NASHVILLE DISTRICT'S NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCLUDE BRAND NAME SPECIFICATIONS IN A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR THE PICKWICK AUXILIARY LOCK HYDRAULIC CYLINDER FABRICATION PROJECT IN COUNCE, TENNESSEE � SOLICITATION W912P523Q0029. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District will be soliciting proposals for a Single Award Firm Fixed-Price supply contract for the fabrication and delivery of two (2) new hydraulic cylinders to include one (1) culvert valve hydraulic cylinder and one (1) miter gate hydraulic cylinder. Additionally, the Contractor will be required to fabricate and procure new rollers and pins for the operating machinery assembly. For the purposes described herein, the USACE Nashville District intends to issue a competitive solicitation that will include the brand name item listed below: Manufacturer:�Sun Hydraulics Item: CAIALIN: 3:1 pilot ratio vented counterbalance valve - atmospherically referenced; Cavity T-19A This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated product information. Product information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. Reponses must be received by May 30, 2023 to be considered.
