Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to SRCTec LLC, located at 5801 East Taft Road, Syracuse, NY 13212-3273, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). SRCTec LLC is the only known vendor offering the SR Hawk ground surveillance radar and the only known company that offers operator training. As the manufacturers, SRC is the only known company with the knowledge and expertise of mechanics, parts, operation, testing, and all potential technical problems that are required to provide adequate operator training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334511 and the size standard is 1350 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via EMAIL ONLY to joel.m.taylor11.civ@army.mil �and brandon.j.rivett.civ@army.mil no later than 1500 EST 7 June 2023. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
