- Description
- The potential Consortium Administration Organization shall be able to effectively establish and manage a consortium whose members will execute prototyping projects that address military propulsion needs. AFLCMC/LP is releasing this solicitation to solicit qualified offerors to submit proposals for this forthcoming umbrella OTA award for management of the consortium, as well as to describe the U.S. Government's (USG) interest in establishing future OTA orders for prototyping projects, per 10 USC 4022. The mission of the consortium shall include performing research, development, and test and evaluation within prototyping projects that address requirements presented by the Propulsion Directorate and DoD partners.
