- USACE SPK 2 Phase DB Construction ? East 388th Apron Repair, Hill AFB, UT. Replacement of approximately 735,000 square feet of existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement, along with full rework of structural base materials to include the addition of an aggregate base course with stabilized drainage layer and geotextile filter fabric, as required for seasonal frost conditions. Replace existing shoulder asphalt pavement, along with rework of the shoulder base course, provide anchored tie-downs and pavement markings on the new pavements, removal of underground asbestos piping, and installation and/or removal of crew shacks. Demolition includes removal of 52 existing sunshades, PCC apron slabs, and asphalt shoulders. Any asbestos/LBP removal shall be accomplished by a certified asbestos/LBP removal contractor. 0002 -The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. FACTORS TO BE EVALUATED, Tab 2 of the Technical Proposal:Factor 1 - Past Performance, paragraph viii - Formatting and other restrictions:From Example projects are limited to four (4) 8.5 x 11 PDF pages each and a maximum of 12PDF pages total, for all projectsTo Example projects are limited to four (4) 8.5 x 11 PDF pages each and a maximum of 24 PDF pages total, for all projects.2. Change the number of example project an offeror may submit under tab 2 from three (3) to six (6)
