- The purpose of this update will serve as a RFP�Amendment .� 5/23/2023 Update: We have provided answers to the submitted questions. Please see attachement ""SEATS H9240323R0003 Questions Part II"".� Also, we have amended the RFP . We have updated the PWS, Section L, Pricing Template,� and Section K . Due to the revisions in the PWS, the final deadline for questions and clarifications will be 29 May 2023.�Due to the issuance of this solicitaiton amendment, we will extend the deadline of this RFP. All proposal shall be submitted on 06 June 2023.� ____________________________________________________________________________ Due to our delay in providing answers to your questions and a possible amedment to this RFP, we are extending the due date. We will post more information regarding Q&A and the new due date next week. Please do not send in proposals on 24 May 2023. Again, we will provide a new due date next week.� Over the last 2 weeks, we have recieved various questions on the RFP. We have gathered all questions and answered them in a Q&A attachment. In this attachment, you will find where we have revised our RFP documents. We have slightly modified� the RFP, pricing template, and Sections L&M. Attachment 5 - Past Performance Inquiry is no longer needed and is removed from this RFP.� Since this RFP has been posted since 14 April 2023, the vendors had ample time to review the RFP for any questions or clarifications.� With this solicitaiton amendment, we will allow a small time frame for further question or clarifications. The� final deadline for such questions and clarifications will be 08 May 2023.� Due to the issuance of this solicitaiton amendment, we will extend the deadline of this RFP. Please keep in mind that vendors had ample time to start building their proposals; since 14 April 2023.� ***Please email the Contracting Officer for a DD 254. SAM.Gov does not allow us to post our DD254.*** As stated in synopsis ""GameChangersII"", we are competing an IT service effort for USSOCOM HQ. Currently, the incumbents are Spathe and Telesis.� The purpose of this contract is to provide support services for multiple SOF Enterprise Acquisition Tools in support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L), i.e. Acquisition Management System (AMS), Engage SOF (eSOF), SharePoint portal management support, web part development and integration, Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), and business process automation services. This would include support and services for the entire USSOCOM suite of tools for management of SOF AT&L acquisition programs, and any new automated acquisition, management, and analytical systems, capabilities, and tools, to include market research and proposal of other/new services, technologies and products to enhance the effectiveness of the SOF AT&L workforce. This contract will be known as SOF Enterprise Acquisition Tools (SEATs). This will be a competitive acquisition among 8(a) vendors. The RFP, Performance Work Statement, Pricing Template, Sections L&M� and a list of questiosn and answere are attached to this notice.� Submission may be made either by email to �marvin.marcia@socom.mil� or via DoD SAFE (safe.apps.mil) to �marvin.marcia@socom.mil�. If utilizing DoD SAFE, offerors shall request a �drop-off� at least three full working days before the proposal is due. Use of the DoD SAFE delivery method includes acknowledgement by the offeror that: 1) the Government will not be responsible for late delivery of its proposal due to any technical difficulties with the use of the site; 2) The inability to download any proposal is not the fault of the government, and 3) The offeror remains fully responsible for the delivery of the proposal until the PCO acknowledges receipt of a full proposal with complete and readable electronic files. The PCO must provide approval to use any other method of delivery.
