THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 163d Contracting Office at March ARB, California 92518 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of Theater Seating as further described in the price schedule and delivered to March ARB, California 92518. Award will be based on the lowest price that is technically acceptable and Best Value to the Government. In order to be technically acceptable and meet Best Value practices quotes must meet the salient characteristics listed in the price schedule below. Seats do not have to be Brand Name. All quotes must be returned to SMSgt Crystal Rossman NLT MONDAY� 12 June 2023 at 10:00 AM PST. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
