Description: The USDA location in Mayaguez, PR is looking for 10x sequencing of common bean lines (196) composing the interspecific diversity panel We request 10x sequencing using the following services: NovaSeq 6000 S2 X-2x150v1.5, Miseq V2 Nano-2x150, DNA Seq V2 p/plate, and QC DNA/RNA v2 p/plate-11 random samples, of 2-96 well plates of common bean DNA (provided by USDA-ARS). The total number of samples is 192.
