Description

Amendment 0001: It has been determined to be in the best interest of the government to amend solicitation SPRRA2-23-R-0008. Amendment 0001 to solicitation SPRRA2-23-R-0008 is to make the following changes: 1. Section A-1 is being changed from: THE REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE TO WOMAN OWNED BUSINESSES(WOSB). ONLY OFFERES FROM WOSB WILL BE CONSIDERED. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 332994 WITH A CORRESPONDING SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF 1000 EMPLOYEES. Section A-1 is being changed to: THE REQUIREMENT IS TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. ONLY OFFERES FROM SMALL BUSINESSES WILL BE CONSIDERED. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 332994 WITH A CORRESPONDING SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF 1000 EMPLOYEES. 2. The following contract clauses have been deleted from the solicitation: 52.219-30 NOTICE OF SET-ASIDE FOR, OR SOLE-SOURCE AWARD TO, WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ELIGIBLE UNDER THE WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM 3. The following clauses have been added to the solicitation: 52.219-6 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE 4. The closing date and time of the solicitation HAS BEEN extended.
