Description: �Johnson Control (JCI) is the current HVAC environmental control system base wide.�This rqeuiremnent is for an upgrade to the exitsting system only. Changing this would require an entire installation wide renovation to alter every building, as well as re-training of sub-contractor maintenance technicians. That approach is not feasible so this is a limited source requirement with JCI to assure complete integration with existing system infrastructure.
