Description: SOLICITATION 1.ï¿½The attached request for proposal (RFP) is a total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price (FFP) contract forï¿½the supply identified below: ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½REQUIREMENT ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½NOUN:ï¿½System Control Module ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½NSN:ï¿½4240-01-333-3919 ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½PART NO.:ï¿½5-19-9118 ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½PRODUCTION QUANTITY:ï¿½19 EA ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½OPTION QUANTITY:ï¿½Up to 100% ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½UNIT OF ISSUE:ï¿½Each (EA) ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½FIRST ARTICLE TEST REPORT:ï¿½Required ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½PRODUCTION LOT TESTING:ï¿½Required ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR:ï¿½B 2. There is a technical data package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is distribution code ""C"", which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. Please refer to Section C for additional information. 3. Military preservation, packing and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1 and special packaging instruction (SPI) P5-19-9118. 4.
