- Safety Shoe Mobile Support at DLA Aviation in Richmond, VA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance�with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information�included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-23-Q-0028 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ) and attached to this notice. This is a firm-fixed price Contract for a base�year of twelve-months and four (4) twelve-month option periods. This acquisition is an�100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 316210. The small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. Partial�proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items and options must be submitted�with the proposal. For applicable terms and conditions, refer to RFQ. Award will be made on the basis of a lowest price technically acceptable selection process�as stated in the solicitation. This requirement is to provide an on-site shoe mobile for fitting, sizing, and distribution of�safety shoes to its civilian workforce. The workforce includes auto/heavy equipment�mechanics, utilities, plumbers, warehouse workers, welders, electricians, carpenters, machinists, and administrators. Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. Quotation for shoes of the same form, fit, and function as the listing in the Schedule B will be accepted. Provision of price lists which include additional shoes which meet the ASTM Standard beyond what is quoted in the Schedule B is permitted, however, only the quote for items in the Schedule B will be used for evaluation purposes. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)�www.sam.gov prior to proposal submission and award. The estimated start date is July 3,�2023. All inquiries must be submitted 5 working days prior to closing date. Proposals are due on June 1, 2023, 2:00 PM, EST and should be submitted via�email. Extend the solicitation close date to June 1, 2023, 2:00 PM, EST. 5/22/2023 - Amendment 0001 posted which extends the close date to 5/30/2023 @ 2:00PM EST.�
