- Establish a committed source of supply and an IDIQ contract with a well-qualified firm to provide medical grade liquid bulk oxygen as described herein, The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veteran Integrated System Network (VISN) 2, Finger Lakes Healthcare System, Bath VA Medical Center established an ongoing requirement for the rental of two (2) 1500 Gallon Vertical Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen Tanks and the supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen at the main hospital location building at 76 and the Community Living Center at Building 78.
