- The ERDC Directorate of Public Works is seeking quotes for Brand New Equipment to match the following or equal. This is a lowest price technically acceptable request for quote. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. � Line item One must be available before 30 September 2023 for pickup by the Government within 60 miles of the stated location below or the equipment must be delivered to the address specified. The vendor shall submit with their quote the latest published specifications of the proposed machine. �Equipment shall maintain the full manufacturer warranty. Delivery shall be included in the quoted price.� Line Item one shall be used to determine the lowest price and the Government reserves the right to exercise Options 2 and 3 until 30 September 2023. Available delivery of Line items 0002 and 0003 will be requested before the options are exercised.
