Update # 2-Updates are shown below in bold and underlined.� Note:� Island Access badge is not required as tour attendees will be on a bus.� Please RSVP to Alex Royal, James.A.Royal@nasa.gov in any instance for island tour to ensure adequate number of busses. Update # 1-� The date of Industry Day is June 7, 2023. Final Industry Day Procedures � In Person Attendance All in-person attendees are required to stop at the Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) Badging Office. The Badging Office is located in the NASA Wallops Flight Facility Building N-1 on Atlantic Road outside the Main Gate. In-person attendees will be limited to three (3) persons per company.� WFF staff will be available to assist in badging and access to the main facilities.� For access to WFF two options exist:� If persons attending already have a NASA PIV badge that does include WFF access, they are required to submit a NAMS (IDMAX.nasa.gov/NAMS/user/) request for �WFF Physical Access.� �Please still RSVP to Alex Royal at James.A.Royal@nasa.gov in order to get an accurate count of tour attendees to secure adequate bus transportation. If personnel attending do not have a NASA PIV badge, temporary badge requests must be submitted NLT Friday June 2, 2023 prior to the event to Alex Royal (james.a.royal@nasa.gov).� Information to be submitted must include: Full Name Company of Employment Country of Citizenship *Foreign National attendees cannot be supported in person due to the short timelines for approval when compared to the event occurring. The Industry Day Presentation will begin at 0830 in building E-100 with a general overview of the Range Program. However, the auditorium will be opened at 0800 to allow for sign-in and seating. With the high in-person turnout anticipated, please allow plenty of time to secure access at the Badging Office. There is also a limitation of persons inside the Badging Office which may lead to delay. The Badging Office will be open at 0700 � 1500.� The WFF Security Badging Office (N-1) can be contacted via phone at 757-824-2222 and is located outside the WFF Main Gate. Final Industry Day Procedures � Virtual Attendance Microsoft TEAMS meeting invitations will be sent to those requesting virtual attendance. Any further requests must be received by the Contracting Officer at Therese.L.Patterson@nasa.gov 1700 on June 2, 2023. The TEAMS meeting will be opened/started at 0800. Please note that there will be no formal programming until 0830. The morning TEAMS meeting will conclude at 1100. The afternoon TEAMS session will begin at ~1400 after the completion of the facility tour. The RMMO will monitor the chat section for questions and comments, but an e-mail message to Therese.L.Patterson@nasa.gov might be more effective for quick resolutions. Please maintain online meeting protocol, including turning off your camera and muting your microphone. � The briefing and Q/A portions of the Industry Day will be conducted both in person and virtually; the facility tour will be only in person. It is up to prospective offerors to choose whether they will participate in person or virtually; however no virtual tours or videos will provided. The purpose of this message is to outline the activities planned for the industry day. Virtual participation will be facilitated through Microsoft TEAMS. Offerors, individuals, or interested parties who plan to attend the Industry Day virtually must provide the Contracting Officer their contact information for the meeting to be sent to via email. The Contracting Officer will provide a link to the TEAMS meeting to the requesting parties no later than June 2, 2023. Industry Day will kick off in building E-100 with a general overview of the Range given by personnel from within RMMO. All in-person and virtual visitors will receive the briefing at the same time. Briefing Materials will be made available following the tour. A detailed schedule will be provided. Q/A session will be held prior to lunch and again following the in-person tour. Following the Range Overview, the in-person visitors will proceed to WFF Main Base and Island facilities. Travel to these facilities via bus.� It is expected that WFF permanent badge holders will join the tour via the bus if the tour is desired.��Please RSVP to Alex Royal at James.A.Royal@nasa.gov in order to get an accurate count of tour attendees to secure adequate bus transportation. The tour: Will include facilities on the Main Base and the Island. Following the tour, a question and answer session will be conducted in building E-100 In-person and virtual visitors will be free to ask questions in this forum. Technical questions will not be permitted during the tour itself to ensure consistent messaging is delivered to all participants. Industry Day will conclude at 1500.
