Description

The United States Department of Agriculture seeks to lease the following space: State: KY City: Mount Sterling Delineated Area: N: Maysville Rd (US 11) & HWY 460 E: Owingsville Rd (US 60) & Walters Ln S: Levee Rd & Calk Rd W: Winchester Rd (US 60) & Bentbrook Dr Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,049 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,251 Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. 4,859 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 28 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Parking Spaces (Non-Reserved): 25 at no additional cost to the government Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 5 years Termination Rights: 120 days in whole or in part, after the Firm Term Option Term: None Additional Requirements: The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Government�s use. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements. Initial Offer Due Date: �June 6, 2023, by 4:30 p.m. ET Lease Award Date (Estimated): November 14, 2023 Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-21171-22-FA-RLP for leasehold interest in general-purpose office and related space in Mount Sterling, Montgomery County, Kentucky. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due date and time established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offer must confirm if they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
