Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). �A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This source sought is being published to identify potential�Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)�sources capable of providing support services for Affordable Care Act Server Support. Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement for a more thorough description of the overview, objectives and scope of work. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services. The size standard for NAICS 541618 is $16.5M. Comments on this NAICS and suggestions for alternatives must include supporting rationale. The specific requirements can be seen in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The objective of this PWS�is the support Affordable Care Act (ACA) to obtain contractor support for the ��EOPS ECC SPASB1, SPASB2, and SPASB3 branches to provide operations and maintenance, monitoring and overall health support, of the application and products on the impacted by the 2,377 servers by the affected ECC Branches which provide service to projects across the IRS IT for demands for the Enterprise Operations (EOPs) stakeholders. The deadline for responses to this RFI is 5:00 PM EST, June 5, 2023.� Responses should be forwarded via email to Susan Kreider at Susan.a.kreider@irs.gov. The scope will encompass comprehensive, contractor support in assisting obtain contractor support for the ��EOPS ECC SPASB1, SPASB2, and SPASB3 branches to provide operations and maintenance, monitoring and overall health support, of the application and products on the impacted by the 2,377 servers by the affected ECC Branches which provide service to projects across the IRS IT. This includes, but is not limited to: Processing Troubleshooting Patching Upgrading Deployment of new applications and servers Equipment moves Operations and maintenance of systems and components Filing Season Readiness and updates Support of Pre-Production, Production and Disaster Recovery environments Testing, exercise planning and alternate site moves. The anticipated requirement will be issued for a Base Year plus two one-year Options. � Submission Instructions The Government requests that all interested parties submit the information outlined below. 1. Contractor Name 2. Address 3. Point of Contact (POC) 4. POC phone number and e-mail address 5. DUNS number and CAGE 6. Current Government Wide vehicles held as Prime. 7. No more than three (3) corporate experiences in similar size, scope and complexity to the enclosed PWS scope shall be submitted. The corporate experience shall demonstrate the company�s experience in completing the information as stated in f the draft PWS included in this announcement. Contractors shall include the contract number, funded dollar value(s), period of performance, and a relevant scope summary. Contractors shall tie back experience to specific PWS sections to show capability. 10. Page limit and formatting requirements: The company's standard format is acceptable; however, the limit for all responses shall be seven (7), 11 font size, 8 � x 11-inch pages. The agency anticipates that it will issue an RFP in the third Quarter of FY23. Vendors� SSN responses shall be sent to Contract Officer, Susan Kreider, at Susan.a.kreider@irs.gov on or before 05 June 2023, 4PM EST. The agency is not seeking marketing information and will not review it.
