Description: The Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) is seeking to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more vendors to conduct Firefighter Occupational Medical Examinations.� Interested vendors shall read the attached performance work statement and provide pricing for all items listed in section 5.0 Requirements.� The BPA shall cover a five year period.� Vendor shall submit their pricing on an approved vendor document show all unit costs for each item.� If certain services are grouped together, vendor shall indicate which items are grouped together and provide pricing for the group.
