- UPDATED 31 May 2023:�Posted Request for Qualifications package due 22 June 2023.� ************************************************************************************* The work performed under this contract will consist of Architectural-Engineering services for a Service Provider to provide Planning Charrette Reports (PCR) for the improvements on the Pass Road Gate 7 located at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. This acquisition will be conducted utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 �Engineering Services� and Product Service Code (PSC) is C211 �Architect and Engineering- General: Landscaping, Interior Layout, and Designing�. The size standard is $25.5 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 30 May 2023 with a tentative closing date of 29 June 2023. The contract period of performance is 189 days beginning 10 days after issuance of Award. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately in SAM in order to be eligible for timely award. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be https://www.sam.gov. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e., issued amendments, changes to the Statement of Work, etc.).
