NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Project Title: National Ground Intelligence Center Cable Television Broadcasting Services The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for Cable Television Broadcasting Services to Comcast Business at 8098 Sandpiper Cir, Baltimore MD 21236.� DUNS/Unique Entity Id #:� L7KGLE8QGYF9. Cage code: 7Q5B4. The proposed procurement is for cable television broadcasting services that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source. The cable television broadcasting services must be able to be integrated seamlessly and meet the National Ground Intelligence Center�s Secure Classified Intelligence Facility (SCIF) requirements. These requirements consist of cybersecurity regulatory policies and guidelines for receipt and use of non-satellite commercial television/cable signals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice, This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
