Description

The USDA Forest Service, Umpqua National Forest, 2900 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg, OR �97470, intends to award a single source contract River Dreams LLC. Under the authority of Section 7 of Granger-Thye Act, River Dreams LLC, DBA Steamboat Inn has been issued a Special Use Permit for Campground and Related Granger-Thye Concessions by the Umpqua National Forest. Under this permit, River Dreams LLC is authorized the use and maintenance of several Government owned buildings, including a domestic water system and sewer treatment facility.� Appendix E �Steamboat Work Center Water and Sewer Operation and Maintenance Plan Agreement� defines the obligations of the Forest Service and River Dreams LLC in as it pertains to the operation and maintenance of the systems, the providing of water and wastewater service to the Umpqua National Forest. Base plus four (4) option years in accordance the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and Limitations. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
