Description

Procurement of IT Laptop Workstations and Peripheral Equipment The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center (THC) Tohatchi, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Dell Federal Systems LP, EIN Number N1C5QLNPJLS4, for Procurement of Dell Laptops and peripheral equipment as required by the Tohatchi Health Center located in Tohatchi, New Mexico.� Anticipated delivery is 90 days after date of Award. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Dell Federal Systems LP is uniquely qualified to provide the required Laptop workstations and peripheral equipment for continued standardization and uninterrupted support. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers as funding for this procurement is time sensitive. Tohatchi Health Center is negotiating a sole source award. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
