Hazardous material include Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and Lead-based paints (LBP). There are 3 buildings that the hazardous materials will be removed from: Building numbers 1151 (884 Sq. ft.), 1152 (499 Sq. ft) and 1301 (954 Sq. ft). Disposal at C&B Sanitary Service, Burns, OR. Must provide demolition report. There will be Heritage monitoring during abatement and demolition work.
