Add the drawings and specifications to the Correct Physical Securities Soliciitation.�� See attached documents.�� All other terms and conditions remain the same.� _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _� Project Title: Correct Physical Securities Deficiencies Project Number: 659-19-113 NAICS CODE: 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) Standard Size: $22 Million IAW VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (1) Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. LOCATION: 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury NC 28144 Project description: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and qualified supervision as necessary to perform work as described in the Drawings and Specifications for Project 659-19-1132 Correct Physical Securities at the Deficiencies Project at the W. G. Hefner VA Medical Center located in Salisbury, NC. In accordance with established public law, all bidders are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. The Official website of the U.S. Government at www.sam.gov. THIS IS A 100% VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (VOSB) SET-ASIDE IAW 38. I.S.C. 8127 (d). SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 25% of the construction work on the project with its own labor force. This does not includes paperwork, submittals, and project management. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to installation of security glass, PACS, window screens, up and over, Intrusion Detection, Lenel Panels as well as new walls and doors in selected areas. The scope of the work is fully detailed on the contract documents (Drawings and Specifications). See below for the Drawing List and the Specification Table of Contents. Prime VOSB shall comply with subcontracting limitation as defined in 13 CFR 125.6 Site Visit: Tuesday, April 4, 2023 @10AM E.S.T. in front of Building 15 Question (RFI) cut-off date: Friday, April 14, 20203 @10AM E.S.T.
