The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Santa Clara Health Center has a need for Temporary Pharmacy Services for the Pharmacy Department, Santa Clara Pueblo, New Mexico. This is a combined synopsis for Small Business Indian Firms {SBIF} pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47.� 1st Tier - Small Business Indian Firms The solicitation number is 75H70723Q00093 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561320 with a business size standard $34.0. ONLY ONE AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOLICITATION. FOB Destination shall be for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service facility: SANTA CLARA HEALTH CENTER (SCHC) Attn: Pharmacy Department 400 State Road 30 Espanola, NM 87532 This solicitation will result in a Single Award for 6-Months from date of award. State Taxes for labor/service costs (The Indian Health Service is exempt from New Mexico State Taxes for materials and supplies.) This solicitation requires registration with the SAM.gov prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
