- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0054 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This solicitation is a Woman Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The NAICS code for this order is 335313 Circuit breakers, power, manufacturing; PSC is 5925 Circuit breakers, with a business size standard of 1250 employees. Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) is seeking a bid solicitation from Contractors to supply the materials required to refurbish the Gray Reef power panel. The salient characteristic requirements are: 1. Breakers: All breakers are to be UL listed, 600 volt, 14 kIa interrupt, all breakers are unit mount, also known as surface mount. All breakers must be from same manufacturer and in same breaker family. Other manufacturers are acceptable if equivalent. a. SQD jdl36150, MCCB 150 a, 3 pole. Or equivalent, quantity 1 b. SQD JDL36200, MCCB 200a, 3 pole. Or equivalent, quantity 2 c. SQD HDL36920, MCCB 20 amp, 3 pole. Or equivalent, quantity 4 d. SQD HDL36060, MCCB 60 amp, 3 pole. Or equivalent, quantity 1 e. Misc. cable ties a. 7� white cable ties. UV resistant. Pack of 100. Quotations shall include a completed Section B � Quotation Schedule. See attachment for full requirements document. The clauses and provisions attached apply to this solicitation. Evaluation Criteria Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Manufacturer specifications must at a minimum meet the salient characteristics requirements.
